How to request account deletion!

Requesting Deletion of Your Account and Personal Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to info.thelittlethingsapp@gmail.com from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. State clearly in the body of the email that you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data.
4. Include your registered email address and full name so we can locate and verify your account.

Once we receive your request

• We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
• Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• All child profiles, images, videos, audio recordings, and diary entries associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your account credentials and personal information will be removed from our systems.

Please note

• Account deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes.
